IS TYRONE SIZER FROM TNT CICHLIDS STILL SCAMMING HOBBYISTS OF THEIR HARD EARN $$$$ ???
The stories range from 1: The pipes broke in my basement. 2: The exporter sent fish that were in real bad shape so I am waiting for the exporter to send replacements. 3: The shipment is going to come in on Friday, or next week or next Saturday, or next month. 4: The shipment is delayed because of the volcano overseas. 5: I am going to give you extra fish when the shipment comes in. 6: I will refund your money next week , next month, when I sell the fish that I have in stock. 7: There were more but I can’t find all of the emails from different people.
I am just surprised he did not use the old standby excuse, my dog ate the paper work.
If you have recently put in an order with TNT Cichlids and you have used a credit card or PAYPAL Put in a complaint NOW….. There are other more reliable fish dealers out there.
He scammed a unsuspecting hobbyist out of $450.00 and he posted that complaint on WWW.Petrochromis.com . That post got out of hand and subsequently was removed from the site.

I also know of an additional 6 other hobbyist that have also been scammed out of their hard earned money. At the bottom of this is a series of emails from me and Tyrone of how he scammed me out of $463.00 11 months ago …. Tyrone has scammed a prominent cichlid dealer out of money 2 years ago. Tyrone has scammed a person from Trophs.com / Petrochromis.com who I really care about, (this person was always helping anyone that he could on the forum.).
Tyrone’s site always has some nice message on the main page. An example of this is Due to the Volcano the expected shipment will be delayed. The shipment is coming in the second week in April, then May then September.
Tyrone has scammed 6 people for over 2000.00+ dollars and not delivered any fish. I am told that there are more victims of Tyrone out there but are too embarrassed to come forward , my word to them, “Don’t be embarrassed” …. In today’s world it is easy to get scammed.

Any other people taken advantage in this scam please send email and proof. Some people just mess with the wrong people…..
Legal action is on the way , but you must have proof … Civil suit and then a placement in the form of a lean. You may not get your money back but this I won’t let go. And you won’t have to pay a dime win or lose…. I have a lawyer in the family who says this is a piece of cake for him….

The last contact was 3 phone call to him at the end of June 2011….. He said he would return all of my money on three different occasions. On there different dates. No contact with Tyrone up to the present….. The pressure is on, perhaps he might clean up his act…..
Bottom Line : FIND ANOTHER DEALER UNTIL HE CLEANS UP HIS ACT …..

The fish that they have ordered are not even the fish you have in, if in fact you have any fish. Just another fish tale …. Do not send money to Tyrone…….. If you buy fish from Tyrone meet with him “See the fish , then buy the fish (pay for them at the meet only)” but do not send any form of a deposit to Tyrone….. Find another dealer.

After Morpheus’s, the mis-transaction (my new word … LOL) I will then go down the list of people that TNT CICHLIDS still owes money to including me.
Well , I don’t think ordering and paying for one type of fish and not getting anything for months with all kind of crazy excuses, then getting fish that you did not order ……. Is “OK” …. Well getting something is better than getting nothing and having your money taken …. That does not work for me….. That is just not right…… I just don’t care….. That is not the solution ……. Ask yourself , what happens if it were your money in this transaction ?
Next case coming up (I will have to check with the next victim if I can post his emails.)…. Then finally my case …. |
